STEM Eyes: Get Your STEM Eyes on for Science! 5.3.2034

As we look further into the future we need to ask ourselves what is valuable in STEM now and in the future. We will use our STEM Eyes to reflect on STEM around us. I will provide stimulating ideas that reflect the 7 key competencies of the new curriculum. I believe the interconnecting nature of these competencies permeate all areas of STEM and designing key examples will facilitate amazing learning opportunities in the classroom. The importance of ‘STEM Eyes’ in providing an inclusive and diverse approach to teaching will be highlighted in these webinars suitable for primary teachers as well as the integration of digital technologies in this area.  Individual booking required for each webinar.

Incorporation of digital technologies is essential in our classrooms. Facilitating learning to allow teachers to become curious, creative and confident will allow children flourish in a world immersed in digital technology. Examples will be discussed which support the use of STEM Eyes in Engineering and Technology! An emphasis will be placed on ‘Design and Make’.
