 This webinar is suitable for primary and post-primary teachers and SNAs working with students with an assessment of Dyscalculia or children and young people who present with Maths learning difficulties, and aims to:

  • outline a definition of dyscalculia and its impact on learning and teaching
  • enable participants to recognise the indicators of Dyscalculia and Maths learning difficulties
  • describe the role of working memory and processing speed in difficulties with numeracy
  • provide an overview of practical strategies and interventions together with useful resources
