Co-operation is Cool 2016
The aim of this project is to promote awareness of co-operation and how it works around us in everyday life, at home, in school and in our communities - aided by modern technology. Projects can be on any theme and can be adapted to meet the criteria of Co-operation is Cool project which are
- There must be clear evidence of co-operation throughout the project. Students are advised to take ownership of the project by forming mini co-operatives toprogress their work, thereby gaining a better understanding and experience of real co-operation.

- Evidence of the use of ICT throughout the project. To reflect modern day technology usage in schools, we encourage the use of social media in the presentation of this project e.g. Website, Facebook, Twitter, Blog etc.
This year we are offering a special primary and post-primary prize for projects based on 1916
We invite you to consider entering a project(s) into the Co-operation is Cool which will take place in Laois Education Centre on Thursday 3rd March 2016.
