Classroom Management & Organisation: What do I need to focus on?   

This workshop provides NQTs with an opportunity to reflect on the concept of an effective teaching and learning environment. The following topics are explored in this context: positive relationships, the social and learning environment, effective classroom organisation, a systematic approach to responding to behaviour, and teacher attitudes and behaviours. Opportunities to discuss strategies and share ideas will be a central element of this workshop.
