(Enrolment opens May 3rd at/from 10am) Course is provided free of charge to participants. Approved for EPV days.
This summer course explores how you can use digital technology to teach about climate and sustainability in your classroom. Drawing on high quality resources from Scoilnet’s hub for ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) and other sources, it will provide inspiration and ideas to bring these topics to life.
You will learn the skills to create multimedia resources using a variety of tools, and you’ll have the opportunity to create a digital story based on the theme of climate change. You will leave the course with lots of ideas from other teachers and an action plan outlining the steps you will take to use digital technology to support this important topic in an inclusive way in your classroom. You will need a Scoilnet Account to self-enrol.
