DRUM CIRCLE MAGIC – Rhythm activities for Musical/Literacy/ Numeracy (17LSL115)

This course is for teachers who wish to bring the magic and fun of Drumming / Rhythm based activities to their classroom. Teachers will learn how to facilitate a Drum Circle with lots of fun rhythm games for Musical Exploration. The course also explores the many ways in which drumming together as a group can help develop children’s' personal, social and psychological skills. No previous musical experience is needed to take this course, and the course is delivered in a very user friendly fun way. The course will also improve your musical/rhythmical skills, and some time will be given to exploring the health benefits of drumming also.
