Moving from the mainstream classroom to a Special Education Teaching role can bring with it some apprehension and worry. In this webinar for primary teachers, we will look at the role of the SET and examine the continuum of support. We will also outline how to use the continuum to meet the individual needs of students with SEN.

Participants will: 

• Identify the key differences between mainstream teaching and SET
• Examine the role of the SET and the key responsibilities under the continuum of support 
• Look at ways to support needs at different stages of the continuum
