The Positive Classroom for Primary Teachers 23.11.2021
This webinar most suitable to Primary teachers will outline ways to foster social and emotional awareness, enhance psychological well-being, and promote academic success, without a big focus on reward systems. It will look at how we can encourage children to be capable, creative learners and encourage self-awareness and self-esteem. There will be discussion on self-esteem building strategies, positive actions for a healthy body, self-management and intrinsic motivation, in order to promote positive peer relationships and emotional support for your class.
Facilitator: Debbie Cullinane, qualified play therapist and is currently completing a Masters in Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy with a specialisation in play. She has over ten years teaching experience in primary schools and also runs therapeutic workshops for both parents and children.
